By using PreCompare (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
The Site is an informational comparison tool for preworkout supplements. It aggregates information published by manufacturers and retailers — such as Supplement Facts panels, flavors, prices, and ratings — and derives comparison metrics from it (for example, price per scoop and yield-adjusted ingredient amounts). We do not manufacture, sell, or ship any products.
2. Not medical advice
Nothing on the Site is medical, nutritional, or other professional advice, and the Site is not a substitute for it. Dietary supplements affect individuals differently. Always read the manufacturer’s actual label and warnings before purchasing or consuming any product, and consult a qualified healthcare professional before use — particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking medication, sensitive to stimulants such as caffeine, or have a medical condition. Statements on this Site regarding ingredients have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration; the products shown are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
3. Accuracy of information
Product data is collected from manufacturer and retailer materials and reviewed by hand, and derived figures (such as “actual yield” estimates) are approximations produced by our methodology. Formulations, prices, availability, and ratings change without notice, and despite our efforts the information on the Site may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. The information on the product packaging you receive always takes precedence over anything shown here. If you spot an error, we appreciate a note at the contact address below.
4. Affiliate relationships
Some outbound retailer links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Affiliate relationships do not determine which products appear or how they rank; comparison metrics are computed the same way for every product.
5. Intellectual property
The Site’s original content — its design, code, text, and derived data — is owned by the Site operator. Product names, brand names, and product images belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products being compared. If you own rights in material shown here and want it corrected or removed, contact us and we will respond promptly.
6. Third-party sites
Links to retailers and other third parties leave the Site. We are not responsible for the content, prices, terms, or privacy practices of those sites.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access to it, disrupting its operation, or using automated means to scrape it at a volume that burdens the service.
8. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decision you make in reliance on information from the Site, including decisions to purchase or consume any product. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the Site operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
